Empire Sunflower Homes LLC is a construction and real estate development company based in Montgomery County, Texas, founded with one clear mission: to help Latino families and investors build their dreams with transparency, excellence, and trust.

Founded by Norky Castellanos — entrepreneur, visionary, and developer — Empire Sunflower Homes was built from the ground up, just like the homes we build for our clients. Norky arrived in the United States in December 2023 with nothing but a vision and an unshakeable belief that hard work and faith could build something extraordinary. Empire Sunflower Homes is that something.

We specialize in custom home building for clients who already own their land and want to build their dream home with someone they can trust. We also work with local and international investors who want to build in Texas without managing the complex construction process themselves, and with homeowners looking to expand or remodel their existing homes.
